Helium and neon ion microscope for sub nanometer imaging and fabrication. The project's proposed instrument would add a new desperately needed capability to Australia's high resolution microscopy centre and nano fabrication facility and enable a wide range of users to image, measure, build and design complex nanostructures at the atomic level and upwards.Funded Activity Details
