Pursuing the right opportunities: the actor-opportunity nexus and new venture performance. This project's purpose is to explain how new business ventures can be made more successful. Based on a longitudinal study of new business ventures in Australia's mining industry, the research will develop a model that captures how characteristics of entrepreneurs, opportunities and the fit between them influence entrepreneurial actions and success.Funded Activity Details
