Abstract: Korean cosmetics have become a favorite product in the Indonesian market. Therefore, it is essential to understand what stimulates Indonesian consumers to buy Korean beauty products. This study aims to examine the structural model of the determinants of purchasing behavior for cosmetic products made in Korea, applying a quantitative design. Data were collected using a questionnaire targeting a random s le of respondents (n = 250) who are social media followers of cosmetic products made in Korea. The collected data were then analyzed using a partial least square approach using Smart-PLS 4.0 software. The results indicate that consumer attitude significantly influences consumer behavior. Moreover, the findings imply that a positive attitude can build consumer behavior (make consumers proud and idolize a particular product). Furthermore, the positive image of the place of origin and the quality of the product can influence consumer attitude. Management practice can alter how in iduals view a product by using brand ambassadors and the rich culture of the place the product comes from.

Abstract: This article provides a systematic literature review of the driving factors influencing the application of green supply chain management (GSCM). The GSCM adoption issues have been widely given attention by researchers and practitioners since the adoption of GSCM would impact significantly on an organization's environmental, social, and financial performance. Most GSCM adoption has been discussed in the perspective of logistics management activities such as procurement, manufacturing, transportation, and reverse logistics. Nowadays, the discussion of GSCM adoption in terms of the driving factors affecting a successful GSCM application has led to complexity. In this article, a further review and discussion are conducted in terms of the driving factors dealing with GSCM adoption, including three major points, such as the driving forces of green procurement, green manufacturing, and green distribution and reverse logistics adoption. The driving factors are reviewed to highlight the recent factors affecting GSCM adoption. In this article, 94 papers from the past study are presented, associating each point of the discussion.

Abstract: The Quick Response (QR) code payment is a relatively new means of payment in Indonesia. Even though this strategy offers a great deal of use, not many people are familiar with it or use it. In this regard, it is fascinating to look at what makes people use the QR Code payment method. The quantitative study used a five-point Likert scale questionnaire to s le e-money users through social media groups. In addition, structural Equation Modeling (SEM), employee Smart-PLS 3.0, was used to examine the data. The results show that social factors affect how people feel about QR code payments, and facilitating support and performance expectations affect how likely they are to use it. Also, attitudes, a mediator of social impact, can change the effect of support performance expectations on adoption intentions. Because of this, people accepting QR code-based payments take a positive attitude. Also, the facilities and environment affected a positive attitude, expected performance, ease of operation, and social interactions. Based on the results, the recommendation for financial institutions and innovation is that the facility and social environment are critical to the success of financial innovation. So, if more people want to use QR code-based payments, financial institutions need to make it easy for them. Abstract: This study aimed to develop the integration of the multiperiod production-distribution model in a closed-loop supply chain involving carbon emission and traceability. The developed model was for agricultural food (agri-food) products, considering the reverse flow of food waste from the disposal center (composting center) to producers. The results indicate that integrating the production and distribution model considering food waste recycling provides low carbon emissions in lower total costs. The sensitivity analysis also found that there are trade-offs between production and distribution rate and food waste levels on carbon emission and traceability. This study focuses on the mathematical modeling of a multiperiod production-distribution formulation for a closed-loop supply chain. The model of the agri-food closed-loop supply chain in this study that considers food recycling and carbon emissions would help stakeholders involved in the agri-food supply chain to reduce food waste and carbon emissions.

Abstract: Background: The increasing Muslim population worldwide will increase the Islamic market share in the future. Thus, the higher demand for halal food has caused the food industry to pay attention to the quality control system for the ingredients used. This paper aims to review the previous literature regarding the traceability system for halal suppliers in the food supply chain to achieve the specified halal standards. It discusses the literature review as a method for conducting research and offers an overview of different types of reviews, as well as some guidelines to both conduct and evaluate a literature review. Methods: The method uses a s le of about 200 articles from the structured literature study period in 2007–2021. We use Perish application to identify journals, articles, citations, authors, and keywords. Results: The analysis reveals five research topic clusters: traceability, halal supply chain, food supply chain, halal logistics, and halal lifestyle. There is a strong relationship between procurement and traceability. Procurement is related to the food industry and halal traceability. The food product traceability system provides transparency in food manufacturing, enabling customers to trust halal product claims. The results show that food supply chain information systems can enable traceability and transparency. Conclusions: The review of this analysis is related to the supplier traceability system in the halal-food-production supply chain, which can help explore halal supplier issues and trends. For future research, technology can be used within a traceability system in the halal food industry, such as data interchange, radio frequency identification, and blockchain.

Abstract: In recent years, cryptocurrency has increased in popularity in Indonesia. In Indonesia, based on data from the Ministry of Trade (Kemendag), until the end of May 2021, the number of investors in cryptocurrency assets or crypto money was 6.5 million people. This number has increased by more than 50 percent when compared to 2020 when there were 4 million people. The Pintu application is the first crypto mobile application in Indonesia that is committed to solving crypto investment problems, especially for beginners and ordinary people. Even though it provides benefits, investing in cryptocurrency can provide high profits. In an instant, it can also make a profit. The motion, which is like a roller coaster, requires strong mental readiness to invest in cryptocurrencies. This should also be a critical consideration for investors, especially young investors. Therefore, it is necessary to understand what factors contribute to building stronger attitudes and behavioral intentions toward the PINTU application. This research analyzes the data using the use of technology 2 method with the partial least square (PLS) analysis technique method, which will later be processed in the form of data results in the form of responses of the user when using the application. Facilitating conditions and social influence are the most influential indicators. The results of the study show that behavioral intention to adopt has a relationship with behavioral intention to recommend, and behavioral intention to adopt positively and significantly influences the intention to recommend.

Abstract: Musculoskeletal Disorder (MDSs) is a real problem in terms of ergonomics. MSD is a muscle ain disorder which is frequently undergone by operators after doing work, e.g. in the press line of a printing company. Some activities in press line are lifting books, reaching out the engine levers, and turning the engine levers. Many MSDs are undergone by operators, such as aches in the upper arms, hands, feet, and back. This is caused by excessive burdens and wrong posture when doing work. This study is aimed to compare the assessment results of operators’ body posture by using OCRA and JSI methods. OCRA (Occupational Repetitive Action) Index is a method used to evaluate and analyze a job. Meanwhile, Job Strain Index (JSI) is a method used to estimate the risk of pain in the upper body. Evaluation is carried out on repetitive activities. Based on the calculation results, the OCRA values obtained are 3.35 for the right hand and 1.13 for the left hand. Meanwhile, JSI value for the right hand is 9 and the left hand is 4.5. The results of the assessment indicate that these activities are categorized as high-risk so and need to be corrected. The author’s recommendation is by adding the number of operators on the press line.
