Abstract: This community service aims to increase students' knowledge and skills in first aid for fractures at Al-Ghozali Integrated Islamic Middle School Jember. The method used in carrying out community service activities regarding first aid to fracture victims involved lectures, discussions, and simulations related to handling fracture victims. The fracture Knowledge Questionnaire evaluated students' knowledge about fracture first aid. The results of the Wilcoxon test from the pre-test and post-test had a significance value of 0.05, meaning there are differences in students' knowledge before and after health education about first aid trauma management fractures. Fracture education and simulation improved students' ability to identify and perform appropriate fracture first aid.

Abstract: Background: the application of complementary therapies in hospitals is still not optimal. The limitations of the application of nursing interventions are caused by the factor of applying therapy by nurses to patients and education related to therapy to patients is still rarely done. Nurses are still focusing on conventional treatment with pharmacological therapies such as analgesic drugs to relieve pain, while warm compress therapy is still not prioritized. The application of warm compress therapy in the inpatient room of Gardena dr. Soebandi General Hospital Jember to overcome acute pain nursing problems in patients is still rare. Aims: evaluate warm compress interventions in patients with acute pain nursing problems. Method: type of research case study using nursing care method. The s le was a patient treated in the Gardena room of dr. Soebandi General Hospital Jember with acute pain nursing problems. Patients are given nursing intervention in the form of warm compress therapy for 15-20 minutes for 3 days, from January 16 to 18, 2023. Nursing intervention is given through the nursing process, which is teaching directly to patients and families with the right and appropriate techniques to adjust the patient's condition. Results: the provision of nursing interventions in the form of warm compresses can overcome acute pain nursing problems. This is shown by the improvement of the patient's condition that complaints of pain, grimacing and restlessness decrease and sleep patterns improve. Patients can do the therapy independently properly and correctly. Conclusion: warm compress therapy is effective in overcoming acute pain nursing problems.

Abstract: Obesity is one of the considerable medical issues happening all around the world. Obesity has a high rate that makes it one of the reasons for difficulties in adults. People with excess weight should maintain a healthy diet to avoid diseases caused by high obesity. This research analyzes obesity rates in the productive age scope of 20-24 years in 3 nations on the African landmass (Gambia, Cameroon, and Ethiopia) utilizing information from the Demographic and Health Surveys (DHS) platform from 2018 to 2020. The strategy used to process the data is logistic regression analysis. In this review, four factors are utilized, including living environment, education level of abundance in metropolitan rovincial regions, and occupation. The statistical analysis used here is logistic regression linked to the IBM SPSS Statistic 25 application to identify the factors associated with the Prevalence of obesity in the three countries s led in the study. From the study results, the Prevalence of obesity in Cameroon country is 14.7%, in the Gambia is 10.8%, and in Ethiopia is 4.4%. From the statistical test using logistic regression, the odds ratio (OR) 1 means a relationship between these four risk factors and the occurrence of obesity in the 3 s le countries. This study concludes that residence, level of education, wealth index, and work activities directly affect a person's nutritional status, causing obesity.

Abstract: Intra Cerebral hemorrhage is a complication of stroke disease. The typical symptoms in ICH patients are a loss of consciousness and getting long treatment at home. As a result, the patient will lack mobilization and experience muscle stiffness which can aggravate the patient's condition it will also slow down the patient's healing process and increase the risk of decubitus. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of giving a massage with olive oil to overcome. This study used a case report that described the case of ICH patients with skin and tissue integrity disorders problems given the intervention of massage with olive oil carried out for five days of treatment and carried out one time a day with a duration of 10-20 minutes. The Braden scale was used to measure the level of decubitus consisting of 6 question indicator items. This study found an increase in score on the first day with a score of 11 and on the fifth-day score of 14 with an increase from a severe risk of decubitus to a moderate risk of decubitus in patients. This procedure has proven useful for reducing decubitus in hospital patients with prolonged bed rest.
