Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas bagaimana implementasi kegiatan storytelling di perpustakaan serta membahas bagaimana perpustakaan sekolah mengembangkan emotional branding melalui storytelling di SDN 035 Soka Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Informan pada penelitian ini terdiri atas Kepala Perpustakaan, Pustakawan, Guru serta, Siswa. Metode Pengumpulan data yakni observasi, wawancara mendalam serta studi literatur. Teknik analisis data yakni reduksi data dengan koding, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil pada penelitian ini yakni implementasi kegiatan storytelling di perpustakaan mendukung program gerakan literasi sekolah serta memberikan d ak positif bagi siswa seperti meningkatkan minat kunjung ke perpustakaan, meningkatkan minat baca dan menulis serta meningkatkan kem uan komunikasi siswa. Program storytelling ditinjau dari segi emotional branding menjadi sebuah strategi perpustakaan sekolah dasar dalam menciptakan citra positif pemustaka terhadap perpustakaan sehingga pemustaka menjadi loyal menggunakan perpustakaan dan tercipta kedekatan emosional antara pustakawan dengan pemustaka. Pustakawan berperan sebagai aktor kunci dalam mengembangkan storytelling sebagai strategi emotional branding dengan melakukan kegiatan pengembangan kompetensi dalam storytelling, pengembangan koleksi dan kualitas serta kuantitas layanan perpustakaan sekolah.

Abstract: Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mendeskripsikan kegiatan humas dalam meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di Sekolah Menengah Pertama An-Nur Bululawang Kabupaten Malang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi serta dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data mengikuti model analisis data kualitatif Miles dan Huberman. Keabsahan data dicapai dengan triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelibatan masyarakat dalam kegiatan sekolah dilakukan melalui kegiatan rutin dan kegiatan insidental. Media yang digunakan untuk berkomunikasi dengan masyarakat yaitu WhatsApp dan surat formal. Langkah kegiatan yang dilakukan meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi kegiatan. Hasilnya yaitu citra sekolah yang baik serta terbangunnya komunikasi positif antara sekolah dengan masyarakat. Kendala yang dihadapi sekolah dalam meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat yaitu kesibukan orang tua siswa.

Abstract: Introduction. The use of library websites has begun to be used massively by libraries as a source of digital library information. This study aims to analyze the quality of the vocational school library website and identify the factors that influence the quality of the website. Data Collection Methods. Using quantitative methods with a population of all vocational high school students in Yogyakarta. Data were obtained using a questionnaire on 357 students from three schools. Data Analysis. Data analysis techniques were performed using WebQual Index (WQI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) analysis. Results and Discussion. The results of this study found a WQI value of 0.87 on the library website of SMKN 1 Bantul, the library website of SMKN 1 Godean of 0.85 and of SMKN 2 Yogyakarta of 0.81. The quality of the library website at SMKN 1 Bantul is the library website with the best quality based on user perceptions. There are five factors that are important for users, namely a positive experience when visiting the website, reliable information provided by the website, personal data security, personalization features, and website manager information. Conclusion. In general, the quality of the vocational high school library website in Yogyakarta is good based on three aspects, namely usability, information quality and interaction service quality.

Abstract: University efficiency is one of the scientific measurement methods for evaluating the effectiveness and use of educational resources available explicitly to the productivity of research publications. This study aims to determine the university's efficiency, between the number of researchers /authors owned by the university and the amount of Scientific Strength (publications and citations) produced by universities in Indonesia with the data envelopment analysis. The universities in this study are nine universities in the top 1000 Qs world universities in 2020. This research method consists of problem identification, data collection, data processing, results, and discussion. The research data obtained from Scopus.com metadata in publication and citation data and the year limited from 2017-2019. While the data of active university researchers/authors obtained from the Higher Education Science and Technology Index and actual student data obtained from PDDikti data. Data were analyzed using the bibliometric approach (scientific strength) and the data envelopment analysis approach. This study analyzed 41869 Indonesian scientific works indexed by Scopus with a bibliometric approach (scientific strength) and data envelopment analysis. This study indicatesthat the highest efficiency values are the University of Indonesia and Diponegoro University with an efficiency value of 1,000 while the lowest efficiency value is IPB University with an efficiency value of 0.060.

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi perubahan tingkat kesiapsiagaan masyarakat terhadap bencana banjir. Fokus penelitian ini di Dusun Kentingan, Kelurahan Jebres, Kecamatan Jebres, Kota Surakarta yang mengalami bencana banjir pada tahun 2007. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode c uran em (mixed method) /em dengan data kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan pendekatan Actor Network Theory yang bertujuan mengetahui latar belakang perubahan tingkat kesiapsiagaan masyarakat. Data kualitatif didapatkan melalui informan yang terlibat pada bencana banjir 2007, sedangkan data kuantitatif dikumpulkan melalui angket yang disebarkan kepada seluruh kepala keluarga. Analisis kesiapsiagaan menggunakan kerangka kesiapsiagaan LIPI/UNESCO yang berfokus pada empat indikator. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa terjadi perubahan tingkat kesiapsiagaan in idu rumah tangga yang disebabkan oleh pengalaman banjir tahun 2007 dan berbagai aktor yang terlibat dalam fenomena tersebut. Indeks kesiapsiagaan meningkat dari kategori “kurang siap” menjadi “siap”. Selain itu, perubahan tingkat kesiapsiagaan dipengaruhi oleh jaringan interaksi non-human & human actors yang terdiri atas empat momen yaitu problematization, interessement, enrollment, dan mobilization.

Abstract: The objective of this study is to examine Indonesian libraries’ TikTok accounts. The research was carried out on 12 TikTok accounts with a total of 688 posts to gain a better understanding of TikTok content, the type of information published, and follower engagement on posts. Data was collected by observing all TikTok accounts and posts. The result showed that most libraries began using TikTok in 2020, in response to the growing number of TikTok users and the shift during the pandemic. The most common types of published data are library collection information and other information. Announcements, services, and library facilities are the three types of information that receive the most engagement. This study has practical implications for libraries that use TikTok as a social media alternative. TikTok will allow them to reach younger audiences, boost creativity, spread joy, and save libraries’ money. Based on the findings of this study, librarians can consider the format of published information. This study offers insights on the social media platform TikTok as a new opportunity to promote libraries. It emphasizes the enormous potential for using social media platforms such as this to gain more attention and bring libraries closer to patrons.

Abstract: Introduction. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of Indonesian COVID-19 research. One of them is productive author, productive citations, the most popular social media to disseminate research results, the most popular articles on social media, mapping or distribution of research results visualization, and the correlation of social media data with citations. Data Collection Method. The research data was taken from the Scopus database and this research use method Bibliometric, Altmetric, Scientometric, and linear regression tests. Data Analysis. The data of the study was analyzed using program (altmetric.com), VOSViewer and SPSS software. Result and Discussion. Pranata, R. was the productive author in producing Indonesian COVID-19 research. The University of Indonesia is the most productive institution. The study "Clinical, laboratory, and imaging features of COVID-19: A systematic review and meta-analysis" received the most citations and shares on social media. Mendeley is the most popular social media platform for disseminating research. Conclusion. Based on the above findings, the spread of COVID-19 research in Indonesia on the most popular social media is mendeley 17.701, followed by Twitter 2.971 and news mentions 177. According to linear regression tests, mendeley is social media platform with a high correlation value of 0.814.

Abstract: class="Abstract" Pada pemilihan umum tahun 2018, generasi Z akan menjadi pemilih pemula yang akan menggunakan hak pilihnya. Berdasarkan data Komisi Pemilihan Umum tahun 2018 menyebutkan pemilih pemula di Jawa Barat mencapai 30% dari total pemilih. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perilaku pencarian informasi generasi Z pada Pemilihan Umum Gubernur Jawa Barat 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Terdapat lima siswa SMA yang akan menjadi informan pada penelitian ini dan teknik pengambilan menggunakan teknik em urposive s ling /em . Hasil penelitian ini yakni terdapat karakteristik kebutuhan informasi generasi Z dalam konteks prosedur pemilu, profil pasangan calon gubernur, kegiatan k anye, serta program yang ditawarkan. Frekuensi kebutuhan informasi cenderung rendah dan tidak terprediksi. Sumber informasi yang digunakan cenderung menggunakan sumber online melalui media sosial dan media massa online, tapi juga mendapatkan informasi lain seperti televisi, koran, sharing dengan teman, orangtua dan keluarga. Pada aspek kesadaran atau pemahaman terhadap sumber informasi, faktor kebiasaan, kemasan informasi, harga dan aksesibilitas informasi mempengaruhi perilaku kebutuhan informasi generasi Z tapi mereka memiliki kendala untuk menilai kualitas informasi. Hal ini membuat generasi Z mudah menerima informasi em hoax /em atau terprovokasi pada media sosial seperti Facebook, Instagram, Youtube dan Twitter. class="Abstract"

Abstract: Lifelong learning can be developed through literacy programs in school libraries. This study aimed to determine the implementation of lifelong learning competence through literacy programs in school libraries. The research method used a qualitative approach through research methods a descriptive to a librarian, four teachers, and 22 students at Al Haraki Islamic Junior High School, Depok, West Java. Through observation, data collection techniques were carried out using a lifelong learning dimension checklist form, semi-structured and in-depth interviews, and literature studies. Data analysis techniques were data reduction utilizing open coding, data presentation, and concluding. Study results indicated that the librarian organized literacy programs supporting the School Literacy Movement. In practice, the librarian acted as the initiator the teacher became the facilitator and the librarian's partner in developing literacy programs in school. The literacy program had a positive impact on students, including shaping character, increasing knowledge, developing special talents related to communication and writing, adding experience, building positive relationships between librarians and students, and intellectual recreation. Communication competence in foreign languages was one of the lifelong learning competencies that the school library program did not accommodate. The literacy program's obstacles were managing study time and the roles of parents and family at home. This study concludes that the school library literacy program has supported improving the implementation of lifelong learning competencies for students in several dimensions.

Abstract: To implement inclusive education, schools need to provide a range of services for students with disabilities. One component that must be adapted is the school library, which must also create an inclusive environment so students with disabilities can access it. This research aimed to examine and explore school libraries’ readiness to provide services for students with disabilities. This was qualitative research. The research was conducted in five school libraries in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Data were collected through library accessibility checklist forms from IFLA, in-depth interviews, and documentation analysis. Ten informants participated, while documentation was examined from school-owned documents, websites, and school library profile videos. The results showed that only two school libraries were well prepared to provide services for students with disabilities, one of which already provided special services for people with disabilities. In contrast, other libraries have not provided services for students with disabilities because there is no need for internal schools. However, some of the school libraries have done mapping and planned the needs for developing disability services to optimize library services. Kegiatan manajemen data di ASEAN Youth Friendship Network dilakukan oleh Project officer karena berkenaan dan berhubungan langsung dalam proses manajerial data, penyimpanan, dan pengolahan data untuk mendapatkan metadata. Proses manajemen data yang dilakukan AYFN terdiri atas lima tahapan yakni perencanaan (planning), pengumpulan (collecting), pengolahan (processing), organisasi data (organizing), penyajian dan peny aian (presentation). Data management activities are an important activity carried out by in iduals or organizations on data so that they are easy to access, secure and available to the user / user. Data management activities in the ASEAN Youth Friendship Network are carried out by Project officers because they pertain to and relate directly to data managerial processes, data storage and processing to obtain metadata. The data management process carried out by AYFN consists of five stages, namely planning, collecting, processing, data organization, presentation and presentation.

Abstract: Library science is one of the fastest-growing fields of knowledge, especially in Southeast Asian countries. This study aims to determine library science publications in Southeast Asia with approaches, namely bibliometrics, social network analysis, almetrics, and linear regression test. This study's data were taken from the Scopus web to obtain bibliographic data from library science publications in ten countries published in 1960-2019. Bibliometrics analysis uses Microsoft Excel calculations, mapping/scientometrics uses Vos viewer and Gephi, while altmetrics analysis uses altmetric.com. Based on the bibliometric analysis, the results showed that the most productive country is Malaysia, with 287 articles. The most sponsored publication’s country is Malaysia, with 57 articles. International journals that are popular as destinations for publication of library science articles in Southeast Asia are the Malaysian Journal of Library and Information Science (MJLIS). The country that has the most impact factor for citation is Singapore, with 4.922 citations. The country with the highest level of collaboration is Malaysia, with a total collaboration of 243 articles. The research results are based on social network analysis that the country that has the highest influence is Malaysia with a degree centrality (DC) of 301, closeness centrality (CC) of 0.61, and between centrality (BC) 0.66. The results of the study are based on altmetrics analysis. The country with the most shares/mentions on social media is Singapore, with 5.223 shares/mentions, the second is Malaysia 1467 shares/mentions. Meanwhile, based on the linear regression test that there is an influence between social media and citation, it is indicated by the Sig value of 0.001. Meanwhile, the large correlation between social media and citations was 97.8%.

Abstract: span lang="EN-US" The purpose of this study is to describe the process of developing learning tools to support a team-based digital learning environment (DLE) project in library management courses. The /span span lang="EN-US" analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate (ADDIE) development model is used in this study to investigate this type of research and development (R& D). The study included 162 students from four universities in Indonesia. Data is gathered through media and material validation questionnaires, learning management system (LMS) user satisfaction questionnaires, and lesson learning outcomes tests. Instruments include media and material validation sheets, LMS user satisfaction instruments, and lesson learning outcomes test instrument sheets. The media validation test and material results show that all media can be used with minor adjustments. Students have responded positively to the DLE application for online learning at universities. Learning tools are critical for raising motivation and accomplishing course learning outcomes. In the future, the evolution of learning media may be accompanied by the evolution of learning designs. As a result, the learning process and learning outcomes can be optimized. This study makes recommendations for rev ing learning materials, media, and design to increase student motivation to learn. /span
