Abstract: According to the theory of fire triangle, the existence of combustible materials, heat, and oxygen can cause fire disaster. KH. Mas Mansur building, Islamic University of Indonesia has a fire protection, but rarely to be checked regularly and the number of equipment is less standard as well as the lack of an evacuation route map to facilitate the evacuation process. Inside the building also does not provide safety signs such as the evacuation directions, exit, and warning in case of fire. Therefore, researchers analysed the infrastructure of prevention and control in the building KH. Mas Mansur. Researchers used the method of observation, interviews, and checklist to know the condition directly, and compare with the standard regulations. Results concordance rate of existing infrastructure is 67% fire extinguisher, hydrant box 56%, 71% alarms, sprinkler 0%, 40% detectors, emergency doors 71%, 50% emergency stairs, assembly point 0% and directions 0%. The current results were below the standard of at least 80%. As for recommendations, researchers create a new evacuation map then put the existing infrastructure according to standard regulations, and it had consulted with the specialist of Occupational Safety and Health in the field of fire.

Abstract: Laundry business is popular service business in Indonesia that mostly involve muscle activity for lifting and ironing activity. It causes the worker get muscular fatigue and injury especially for ironing activity that is included in the static and monotonous activity. moreover, existed ironing board design in the market is not easy to be adjusted to standing or sitting position of workers. Hence, this paper aimed to design the innovative and adjustable ironing board to minimize the musculoskeletal complaint. The preliminary study is conducted by NBM questionnaires found that fatigue experienced mostly in the back, right upper arm, and calves. The product designed by Kansei engineering to satisfy consumer's feeling and assessed by USE questionnaire to fulfil consumer's usability. Orthogonal array and conjoint analysis were conducted to incorporate all attribute potentials in developing a new single concept design. Statistical analysis was also done to test the hypothesis. 80 respondents have participated in this study. The result of this study is an innovative design of ironing board which is valid to meet consumers' needs such as comfort, secure, attractive, sturdy, durable and multifunction and practical at 5% of the significant level.

Abstract: As a major health referral centre, the hospital demanded to provide comprehensive services provided by a multi-disciplinary team according to the needs of patient. In the expansion of a growing number of hospitals in Yogyakarta especially Sleman area where retreat acquire customers even more stringent, it is necessary to increase the quality of services. There are five determinants of service quality namely: reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangible. Collecting data is done by observation and distributing questionnaires to 70 respondents, and Importance-Performance Analysis and Customer Satisfaction Index are used to determine satisfaction level of outpatients. As a results, six out of twenty attributes need improvement, namely: a) The condition of the hospital is clean, comfortable and tidy b) Guidance and information boards poly is easy to see and read c) The ease and accuracy of obtaining information for patients (referrals, lab results, etc.) d) The hospital staff has a quick response to the needs of patients e) Attention physicians in managing patients and willingness to provide a particular time for consultation and f) The prescribed medication is suitable and safe. It is known that the value of CSI by 76% means the service is not satisfied the patient.

Abstract: Mobile apps are a popular strategy for reducing mobile phone use and preventing maladaptive mobile phone use (MMPU). Previous research efforts have been made to understand the features of apps that have the potential to reduce mobile phone use and MMPU. However, there has been a lack of a comprehensive examination of the effectiveness of such apps and their features. This paper investigated existing apps designed to reduce mobile phone use and prevent MMPU and examined the evidence of their effectiveness. The research aimed to provide a comprehensive analysis of app features that can reduce mobile phone use and MMPU, while also assessing their effectiveness. In addition, we explored users’ perceptions of these apps and the various features the apps offer to understand potential adoption issues and identify opportunities. This study used 3 methods: a review of scientific evidence, content analysis, and sentiment analysis. Our study comprehensively examine the common features of 13 apps designed to reduce mobile phone use. We extracted and classified the features into 7 types: self-tracking, social tracking, goal setting, blocking, gamification, simplification, and assessment. The effectiveness of these apps in reducing mobile phone use and MMPU varied from weak to strong. On the basis of content analysis, self-tracking and goal setting were the most frequently used features, whereas gamification and assessment were used the least frequently. The intervention strategies that effectively reduce mobile phone use and MMPU included using grayscale mode, app limit features, and mixed interventions. Overall, users tended to accept these apps, as indicated by sentiment scores ranging from 61 to 86 out of 100. This study demonstrates that app-based management has the potential to reduce mobile phone use and MMPU. However, further research is required to evaluate the effectiveness of app-based interventions. Collaborations among researchers, app developers, mobile phone manufacturers, and policy makers could enhance the process of delivering, evaluating, and optimizing apps aimed at reducing mobile phone use and MMPU.
