Funded Activity Summary

Musculoskeletal conditions, particularly osteoarthritis and low back pain, are a major cause of disability and health care costs. This multidisciplinary Centre of Research Excellence is focused on: (i) improving uptake of evidence into practice by addressing behaviour change of both clinicians and consumers in order to improve outcomes for people with chronic musculoskeletal pain; and (ii) training and mentoring the next generation of researchers in the field to build a critical mass.
