Funded Activity Summary

Patients diagnosed with early stage chronic kidney disease will be invited to take part in focus group discussions to identify their educational needs. The discussions will be recorded and transcribed to identify key topic areas. These will be used to guide the development of educational resources, which will include an informational booklet, DVD and an information session. Patients will also be involved in the evaluation of the material to ensure all relevant topics have been addressed.
