New copper lead processes for critical metals recovery from complex sources. The project aims to facilitate the development of novel processes for the efficient recovery and recycling of critical and strategic metals from complex sources such as sophisticated electronic components and hazardous wastes. The project expects to generate advanced chemical thermodynamic models and tools, to predict the products of complex reactions. This project should lead to improved recovery of various metals required for the manufacture of advanced materials and devices used in industry.
