A fast soft x-ray detector system for advanced biological and materials imaging. New fast x-ray detector technology will be acquired to support state-of-the-art materials and biological imaging at the Australian Synchrotron. Australian researchers will use this technology to obtain three-dimensional images of advanced materials and biological structures to solve problems of scientific and national importance.
