Funded Activity Summary

Network code division multiplexing in multi-system wireless networks. Multi-system communications and cooperative relay transmission techniques are expected to become one of the key radio technologies and could have a far-reaching impact on the Australian economy and environment. Presently, the knowledge base in these areas is very limited, given that the interest in them started very recently. The proposed program will contribute to theory, design and development of network code division multiplexing in multi-system communications and nationwide deployment of future wireless networks. The program will provide comprehensive training opportunities for students and staff members, covering a wide range of engineering processes, from fundamental principles to practical implementations.
