Trust-enhanced recommender systems for personalised government-to-business e-service. This study will transform current Government to Business service to a higher level to enable e-Government systems to offer Personalised e-Service. It will assist business users to significantly increase their use of e-Government services, particularly providing an effective solution to small and medium size businesses for locating business partners by using Government e-Services.
