Funded Activity Summary
Imaging survey of habitable-zone exoplanets. This project aims to deliver the first direct images of exoplanets in the habitable zones around nearby stars. This will be enabled by the development of a new instrument – GLINT (Guided-Light Interferometric Nulling Technology) – that will be deployed on the Subaru 8m telescope. The project outcomes should answer outstanding questions on the process of planetary formation and exoplanet habitability.Funded Activity Details
