Women Consider Retirement: A Critical Investigation of Attitudes Towards Work, Ageing and Retirement in Three Generations of Australian Women. The Fair Work Act (2009) establishes a novel 'hybrid' system of workplace regulation encompassing individual rights and processes and a new collective bargaining regime. This project investigates how the new framework can be utilised to establish flexible working arrangements for the benefit of families, employers and society.
How are decisions made in Children's Court care matters and what are the outcomes for children? How are decisions made in Children's Court child protection cases and what are the outcomes for children? This research will examine, for the first time in Australia, the evidence provided to the courts, how it is used and viewed by legal and non-legal professionals, and how these link with children's experiences and their developmental outcomes.
