THE UNWRITTEN HISTORY OF AUSTRALIAN MODERNISM. Most histories treat modernism in Australia as a phenomenon of ?fine art,? or simply painting. The project will provide an integrated research analysis of the extensive, but disparate, archives on Australian modernism.
