The Australian Research Data Commons (ARDC) invites you to participate in a short survey about your
interaction with the ARDC and use of our national research infrastructure and services. The survey will take
approximately 5 minutes and is anonymous. It’s open to anyone who uses our digital research infrastructure
services including Reasearch Link Australia.
We will use the information you provide to improve the national research infrastructure and services we
deliver and to report on user satisfaction to the Australian Government’s National Collaborative Research
Infrastructure Strategy (NCRIS) program.
Please take a few minutes to provide your input. The survey closes COB Friday 29 May 2026.

The Role Of Interleukin (IL)-27 In The Endogenous Anti-tumour Immune Response And The Use Of An IL-27 Agonist As A Cancer Therapeutic.
Funder
National Health and Medical Research Council
Funding Amount
$473,960.00
Summary
Our data in mice suggest that immune cell signalling protein, interleukin (IL)-27, enhances anti-tumour immune responses and slows growth of mammary tumours and carcinogen induced sarcomas. This project aims to test how IL-27 promotes protective anti-tumour immune responses and to develop a modified IL-27 protein that will be tested as a cancer therapeutic in mice. This will be the first study to examine IL-27 function using physiological tumour models and may provide proof of concept for a new ....Our data in mice suggest that immune cell signalling protein, interleukin (IL)-27, enhances anti-tumour immune responses and slows growth of mammary tumours and carcinogen induced sarcomas.
