Evaluating Community Consultation: Criteria and Tools for Assessing Processes and Outcomes. Effective public housing management strategies for rural and regional Australia. Public housing authorities face growing demand for low cost housing from a diversifying range of households. This project's resolution of constraints to government agency data sharing will enable modernisation of public sector information management, creating a secure environment for joined-up use of agency data and enabling major resource savings. Displacement of small cultural producers and the consequent dispersal of local networks is damaging to the urban social and economic fabric.
