The project expects to build a geospatial database covering China's full transportation network from 1993-2014, merge this database with manufacturing plants’ longitudinal data, and apply (quasi)-natural experiments for analyses. Increasingly this community is reaching out to our public libraries for shelter, connection to others and access to resources and services. Despite this relationship, there are no public policies to guide libraries in supporting this community or in partnering with housing agencies. Using a process of particpatory design with the homeless community, public ....Public libraries in the lives of people experiencing homelessness. In the context of global terrorism and the resurgence of technologically sophisticated authoritarian states, effective intelligence collection and analysis of electronic data is crucial for the national security of liberal democratic states. Yet intelligence agencies in Australia, United States, European Union and so on, are not only under pressure to perform, but must also meet a variety of ethical challenges, notably privacy constraints and democratic accountability.
