This project uses comparative historical data to provide a clear direction for public policy in the development of frontier technology for employment relations infrastructure at the workplace level. This project plans to use survey data tracking Australians through time to examine the impacts of non-standard employment on labour market outcomes and on their health and wellbeing. Around 40 per cent of Australian workers are in non-standard forms of employment.
