Child Wellbeing in the Context of Parental Detention. This project will investigate the consequences of parental detention for children living in the Australian community. It will use qualitative sociological methods to document and theorise children’s experiences of a parent’s detention, with a focus on the factors that shape children’s social, emotional and material wellbeing in these situations.
