We will use the information you provide to improve the national research infrastructure and services we
deliver and to report on user satisfaction to the Australian Government’s National Collaborative Research
Infrastructure Strategy (NCRIS) program.

The Cultural Research Network's initial disciplinary base will be in cultural, media and communications studies. Media in a Post-Authoritarian State: Crisis and Democratisation in Indonesia. The Indonesian experience since mid-1998 provides the opportunity to contribute to current theoretical debates internationally about the role of the media in the development and maintenance of democratic societies.
