This project aims to provide a new framework for analysing housing affordability's long-term impact on wellbeing and socioeconomic outcomes by merging concepts from life course epidemiology on the importance of the timing, sequence and accumulation of exposure, to transition points at critical life stages from the social sciences. Through a series of innovative analyses using existing data, the project aims to identify potentially modifiable factors at the child, family, school, and community level that contribute to developmental inequities.
