The impact of aggregate and idiosyncratic shocks and uncertainties: do immigrants behave differently than the native-born? The project will examine the role of shocks/uncertainties on differences in consumption, savings and labour supply of immigrant and native-born indigenous and non-indigenous population. In 1999, there were 22.7 million beef cattle, producing 2 million tonnes with a gross value of $4.4 million. To date, Australia has been unaffected by the growing number of major health scares currently plaguing many European and South American countries.
