    Molecular networks underlying mitochondrial biogenesis in humans. Mitochondria are essential for life, and we propose a highly-innovative approach (employing multiple, cutting-edge ‘omic’ technologies and bioinformatics) to advance the fundamental understanding of how mitochondria respond and adapt to exercise in humans.
