As yet, it is not known how to move low emissions innovations into the mainstream to assist in this transition. At the same time, our economy is connected to leaders in innovation, such as the United States of America (especially California) and to rising powers, such as China, who are scaling up low emissions technologies ....Scaling up low emissions innovations into the mainstream. As yet, it is not known how to move low emissions innovations into the mainstream to assist in this transition.
