It will revolve around new panel data collected through the Household, Income and Labour Dynamics in Australia Survey, Australia's first nationally representative household-based panel survey. The project will address a large number of research questions of fundamental importance to Australians and the way they live. This project will be the first comparative study of bottled water marketing, consumption and disposal. It will make a significant contribution to national and international understandings of changing practices in the consumption of drinking water. This project will identify factors influencing the structure of emerging local labour markets in China during economic transition. The aim of this project is to establish a statewide survey research facility that enables academics in Victoria to undertake survey research that achieves world best practice technical standards. It will include three facilities for computer based surveying:CATI (computer-assisted telephone interviewing), CAPI (computer-assisted personal interviewing), and CADI (computer-assisted data input). The aim of this project is to establish a statewide survey research facility that enables academics in Victoria to undertake survey research that achieves world best practice technical standards. It will include three facilities for computer based surveying:CATI (computer-assisted telephone interviewing), CAPI (computer-assisted personal interviewing), and CADI (computer-assisted data input). The facility will include a network hub to be based at Deakin University. This hub would then coordinate a network of satellite facilities designed as mobile operations, to enable movement of the facilities between campuses.
