This project plans to collate the archive of prints depicting Indigenous Australians, from national and international collections, to ask how people's place in this newly encroached territory was inscribed by colonial prints. Research partnerships between clan groups, community-based Aboriginal organisations, and international institutes will reveal how Yolngu are creatively re-articulating contemporary social concerns and identities via new media forms.
International perspectives on the regulation of young people's user-generated content. This project will examine international regulatory strategies for explicit user-generated content and suggest ways in which academics, policy makers and globally networked content users can be brought into dialogue so as to generate better informed and more effective regulatory policies.
