interaction with the ARDC and use of our national research infrastructure and services. The survey will take
approximately 5 minutes and is anonymous. It’s open to anyone who uses our digital research infrastructure
services including Reasearch Link Australia.
We will use the information you provide to improve the national research infrastructure and services we
deliver and to report on user satisfaction to the Australian Government’s National Collaborative Research
Infrastructure Strategy (NCRIS) program.

My basic science and translational research centres around elucidation of the function of the mucosal barrier in preventing infection, inflammation and development of cancers, and how defects in this barrier lead to these diseases.
I am a Gastroenterologist who has established major research programs in the broad areas of the pathogenesis of Hereditary Haemochromatosis, the role of hepatic stem cells in the pathogenesis of liver cancer and colorectal cancer screening.
