This project aims to identify the specific digital needs and practices of residents in regional and rural Australia in the context of the implementation of high speed internet, including the National Broadband Network. The number of Australians with unmet legal needs is estimated to be over four million people per year and growing, and free legal assistance is severely under-resourced.
