Volatile Rivers and the Infrastructure Politics in the Mekong Region. This project focusses on the challenge of repurposing large-scale hydraulic infrastructures to serve climate objectives, and aims to advance understanding of changing entanglements of rivers, infrastructure, and power relations in a time of climate change. It expects to contribute novel insights into water and climate change governance within and beyond the Mekong Region.
